Gojushi-ho
Gojushiho was known as Ueseshi(Useshi) and is believed to be a Shaolin Hakutsuru Kata from Fukien China (See history section). It is also taught in the Shaolin Monk Fist style. Some say that Matsumura got the Kata from Fukien Shaolin, and created his own version of it.
