Chinto

Some speculative translations for the word Chinto into English are "Fighting to the East" and "Eastward Fighter."

Matsumura created the Kata Chinto from techniques he got from a Chinese Pirate that he befriended (see History). We cannot be sure what system the techniques in it come from, although it seems to be a Shaolin style.
