Fencing at the farm

Postby Ironman » Wed Mar 13, 2013 12:02 pm

Spring is in the air - and so is fence mending!

Worked till almost dark repairing some hot-wire fencing on the property and then noticed the goats in my neighbors field up on the hill.. seems with the wind the last few days - one of the large cedars had fell across the neighbors fence - hence a line of the small goats just walking up the tree and jumping down into the neighboring field. So primed the chainsaw and up the hill I went. A fast job of getting the tree off the neighbors fence - finished right at dark. Will have to finish the job this afternoon after work - but already have in mind a Wing Chun dummy out of one of the cedar logs! I will rename it the Matsumura dummy though (after myself). :-)
Thank you,

Cedar smells so good in the fire pit as well.
